Dongfang Precision (002611.SZ) released the English version of 2020 Annual Report on April 8th, 2021.

The purpose of  English version's release of 2020 annual report is to better serve foreign investors, so that they can more easily and fully understand the company's operation and financial situation in 2020 and learn about the  investment value of the company. In the future, Dongfang Precison will continue to release annual reports in both Chinese and English and actively participate in the process of internationalization of the capital market.

According to the 2020 Annual Report and on a comparable basis, in the fiscal year of 2020 Dongfang Precison recorded consolidated Operating revenue of RMB2,916 million, an increase of 2% YoY; Net profit attributable to the listed company’s shareholders of RMB389 million, an increase of 126% YoY; Net profit attributable to the listed company’s shareholders before exceptional gains and losses of RMB263 million, an increase of 108% YoY; Net cash generated from/used in operating activities of RMB551million, an increase of 134% YoY.

In the future, Dongfang Precision will further advance the transformation of "digitalization and intellectualization" to become "a provider of overall smart factory solutions for the corrugated packaging industry", which in turn enable the company to better serve customers in the corrugated packaging industry worldwide and create more value returns for the company's investors.

The 2020 Annual Report has been prepared in Chinese and translated into English. Should there be any discrepancies or misunderstandings between the two versions, the Chinese version shall prevail.
